Facebook and OpenID

This is the first time I have ever heard of Open ID, but I think that it is a great idea.  The idea of only having one username, and password to log into multiple accounts sounds so time releaving.  Obviously a huge concern for this idea is that it has a great potential for security problems.  But it will save users a great deal of time and make using these sites much easier.
